Performance Coaching for Leaders

Services

I work with organisations and individuals at the intersection of coaching, psychology, physiology and behavioural science, drawing on 25 years of senior leadership experience across the UK, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

This combination underpins an evidence-based, structured approach to what holds leadership together when the pressure is real.

For Organisations

Most organisations have invested well in leadership development. The frameworks are defined, the competencies mapped, and the skills training is often impressive. That investment matters.

What almost none of it touches is what's underneath: the physical, psychological and behavioural foundation that determines whether any of it actually holds when the pressure is real.

This is Leadership Capacity, built from eight areas: sleep and recovery, stress and cortisol regulation, nutrition and metabolic health, cardiovascular fitness, physical resilience, cognitive load management, emotional regulation, and identity and behavioural patterns.

You've probably recognised the pattern even without a name for it.

A leader goes through strong development, takes something genuinely useful from it, and then the pressure lands and the frameworks fall away.

They default to a more basic level of execution. It's a foundation that was never built, and until it's in place, the investment already made in everything above it is unlikely to deliver its full return.

The pressures on leaders rarely arrive one at a time these days.

Geopolitical instability, cost pressures, organisational restructuring and transformation tend to hit at the same time, with little room to reset in between.

And as AI absorbs more of the analytical work leaders used to carry themselves, what sets a leader apart stops being how much they know.

It becomes whether they can stay clear, regulated, and effective when the pressure is relentless.

That's what the Leadership Capacity Programme is built to address, structured so every leader in your organisation can build this foundation directly.

01. The Leadership Capacity Briefing.

An all-hands session for managers through to CxO. Introduces Leadership Capacity and gives every leader in the room a practical lens for evaluating their own development under pressure.

02. The Core Programme.

Cohorts of 6 to 12 leaders move through a structured series covering all eight areas of Leadership Capacity, opening and closing with an individual baseline assessment.

03. The Senior Intensive.

A more personalised 1:1 engagement for a defined senior group, built around the specific performance demands of your organisation.

For Individuals

Alongside the organisational programme, I also work with a small number of senior leaders individually through the Executive Performance Operating System, EPOS, the framework underneath the capacity work itself.

It's a structured six-month programme built for leaders ready to protect what allows their achievement to continue.

About

With over 25 years of global leadership experience across brands including Apple, du Telecom, and Cenomi Group, my career has taken me through some of the fastest-moving, most demanding environments in business.

But the real story behind this work began before I trained as a psychologist. Behind the leadership roles, I carried years of unprocessed pressure and habits that gradually broke me down.

The way I was living stopped working, and I rebuilt it, not through quick fixes, but through education, lifestyle redesign, and confronting the patterns that were quietly running my life. That's why this programme exists.

Postgraduate training in business coaching psychology and a Hintsa Performance certified coaching qualification provide the structure and the rigour behind my work as a coach and mentor.

FAQs

For Organisations

How is this different from our wellbeing programme?

Most wellbeing investment is implemented with good intentions and does real, necessary work. But it tends to be fragmented, and it's typically designed to catch people once they're already struggling, a safety net rather than scaffolding. Leadership Capacity is built in advance, specifically for leaders, so pressure is met with a foundation already in place rather than support after the fact.

Why invest in this when we already invest in leadership development?

This isn't asking you to replace that investment. It's built to protect it, the foundation underneath that determines whether your existing leadership development actually holds when the pressure is real.

How is this measured?

Through evidence-based structured markers taken at the start and end, rather than anecdote.

For Individuals

What's the difference between the organisational programme and 1:1 coaching?

The organisational programme, Leadership Capacity, is built for cohorts and delivered through your organisation. EPOS is individual, longer-term, and works the same foundation at a deeper, more personalised level for a small number of senior leaders directly.
