My Journey
For two decades, I led and coached multi-national sales operations teams across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. My career spanned scaling start-ups, transforming multinational operations, and leading large commercial teams - giving me deep, first-hand experience of the challenges and pressures leaders face.
2000 – 2020 | Leading & Coaching Global Teams
After 20 years in leadership, I made the bold decision to return to education, pursuing an MBA to strengthen my profile. Despite not having an undergraduate degree, I graduated in the top 5% of my class - proof that growth is always possible, no matter the stage of your career.
2020 | A Return to Education
Preparing to re-enter the corporate world, I struggled with self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Seeking support, I turned to coaching - and it transformed my life. Coaching helped me reframe my mindset, shift unhelpful behaviours, and rediscover my confidence and purpose.
2021 | Discovering Coaching
Recognising the profound impact coaching had on me, I returned to education again, completing a Master’s in Business & Coaching Psychology. I launched my own Performance Coaching Practice, combining psychology with lived leadership experience. I saw how common it is to feel stuck - and how powerful a shift in perspective can be in unlocking progress.
2022 | Coaching Becomes a Calling
Today, I bring together 25+ years of leadership and expertise in coaching psychology to help individuals and teams reach peak performance. Through a focus on holistic wellbeing and sustainable success, I guide people to thrive - not only in their work, but in their lives as a whole.

After 25 years in leadership roles
After over 20 years in leadership roles, I made the bold decision in 2020 to return to full-time education and pursue an MBA - filling a long-standing gap having left university as a teenager. Despite not having an undergraduate degree, I graduated in the top 5% of my class. Yet, as I prepared to return to the corporate world, self-doubt crept in - and that’s when I turned to coaching.
Through mindset reframing, self-awareness, and building resilience, coaching transformed my life. It soon became part of both my personal and professional path.
I’ve learned that feeling stuck is a universal experience - whether in career, relationships, or personal growth. But it’s not a dead end; it’s a sign that change is needed.
